I’m a practicing attorney specialized in civil, commercial, and transportation law. I was admitted to the Bar on 30 September 1996. At the time, I was the youngest lawyer ever admitted to the Bar in my home city of Perugia. Since 23 September 2011 I had been enrolled in the Official Registry of Cassation Attorney. You can find my name in the official registry of the Perugia Bar listed at n. 308 30 September 1996.

I am an associate in the firm of Leonelli, Duranti and Associates in Perugia (studio legale Leonelli, Duranti e Associati di Perugia) where I advise and counsel individuals and companies on questions of civil and commercial law and, when necessary, represent them in civil litigation and dispute resolution.

My practice also benefits from my ongoing academic work at the University of Perugia where, after completing an LLM degree in Navigation Law at the University of Rome, I have been Adjunct Professor of Transportation Law at the Business School.

My publications include numerous articles in the fields of civil law and transportation law.

A good portion of my practice involves assisting Italian clients engaged in foreign trade and foreign clients – both individuals and companies – with commercial activities in Italy, an area where my advanced language skills in English and French help me to maintain direct, personal relationships with all of my clients, even in those cases where I am assisted by administrative staff or other professionals. I am also fully insured for professional liability.
